Cancellation Policy

**Online Booking Policy** At RMMK Homecare, LLC, we strive to provide reliable, convenient, and professional service. To ensure a smooth booking experience, please review our online booking policy: 1. **Appointment Scheduling** - All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - Same-day appointments may be accommodated based on availability. 2. **Cancellation & Rescheduling** We understand situations arise when you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we request you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client on our waiting list. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows without prior notification will incur $75 charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy, as it helps us maintain efficient scheduling and service quality for all our clients. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. 3. **Payment & Fees** - Full payment is required at the time of booking. 4. **Service Agreement** - Clients must provide necessary documentation (if applicable) before the appointment. - By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to our service terms.
