Dr. Roslyn Keller, MHA, Cert-D/HA has received her doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration. She is the founder and driving force behind RMMK Homecare, LLC, HomeCare Phlebo Pro, and The Traveling Notary of CT—three innovative ventures reshaping how healthcare reaches communities. With a deep commitment to accessibility, dignity, and clinical excellence, she has built a mobile ecosystem that brings phlebotomy, homecare services, and traveling notary support directly to the doorstep of those who need it most.
